Following the program’s bootcamp in Madrid, the company will travel to Boston from 21 to 30 October to connect with one of the world’s leading life sciences ecosystems.
MADRID, 24th September 2026 – Oncomatryx has been selected to take part in Desafía Boston 2026, an acceleration and immersion program for Spanish healthcare biotech companies. The program is organized by the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) and the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Chicago, and managed by Boston-based Richi LifeSciences.
On 22nd September, Oncomatryx and the other participating companies met at the program’s bootcamp at ICEX headquarters in Madrid. From 21 to 30 October, the companies will travel to Boston for the immersion phase, which includes executive training, mentoring, visits to hospitals, incubators, pharmaceutical companies and innovation centers, a personalized agenda of one-to-one meetings and, to close, a demo day in which participants pitch to leading venture capital funds in the region.
For Oncomatryx, the program is an opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of one of the world’s leading biotech hubs and to build connections with Boston’s key stakeholders, from pharmaceutical companies and hospitals to investors.
